I’ve used GWA for all my transport needs for more than a decade and have never had a bad experience. Good communication, fair and honest pricing, and quality service every time.
The dealership used this service to transport a vehicle out of state, but the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and repeated delays. The delivery was postponed for four days without clear updates or explanations. To make matters worse, the tow truck driver refused to complete the home delivery, leaving the car on the side of a busy intersection and instructing us to retrieve it ourselves.
