Came to a birthday party where my other child was not a guest: I stood at the front desk where the man working clicked on the computer. After several minutes of him not even glancing at me I politely asked about the ticket pricing and he actively ignored me. I walked away and another employee or family came in and he greeted them with a smile. I’m not sure what the deal was but super unimpressed.
Absolutely amazing experience, the kids love it, they have so much fun there, adults enjoy it as well. This is definitely a hidden gem I recommend this business to anyone with kids especially if they want a birthday party. Highly recommended.
The bathroom had black on the door like they have never cleaned the bathroom, most of the games were out, and my family asked if they could make a cup of coffee and they said they couldn't
This place is NEVER open. I’m not sure why they even have hours posted on their door. I’ve tried several times when in the city to come and always closed. I’ve tried the number they say to call on the door with no answer.
