Jason was very easy to work with. He's very detail oriented, extremely fast to respond to all of my phone calls and messages and quick to give rates. I have owned multiple businesses over the last 45 years. After our property was destroyed Hurricane Beryl, I listed multiple items For Sale to raise funds to move and deal with health issues. I understand trying to get a good deal in life, but offering a 40% discount and then telling the seller he is on "POWER TRIP" because you, Jason, are "JUST TRYING TO GET A GOOD DEAL" while the seller is trying to dig out of a hole is one thing, but name dropping a pastor we're are both friends with to lay the foundation for your negotia... read more

This is an awesome team. Suzette was very encouraging and supportive. I have never met her in person, but she has a great spirit and energy. She diligently works on the closing of your home. Even when I thought things were bleak, her energy kept me going. She was honest and was not afraid to answer any of my concerns. Liesel helped by making sure I remained on tasks.
