Paul Sutherland contacted me about refinancing. Told me to unfreeze my credit . I did. Never heard back from him. I think it is scam. Stay away!!!!
Do not do business with this bank. Last November 2019 I did business with them. I refinanced my home and all well. Stas was great. Had no problems. Prior to that did business with Clay Kline no problems. On 4/30/2020 someone pulled my credit report and I found out it was a Goldwater Bank. I questioned why if I just did a refi. I call to have it removed. The response from Goldwater Bank was I authorized it. Some guy named Zack claims I authorized it. I called to dispute and have it removed this Zack guy went into sell mode. They are the most unprofessional group of mortgage people ive ever seen in my life. All good at first would respond quickly then suddenly no response no call back. Looked for a home loan with them in April it's now July and no response from them. It's all good tho found a waaayyy better loan company that got the job done in under 2 weeks. Thanks but no thanks Goldwater. I mean at very least a I"sorry I'm not sure we could work it out for you but you can try again soon" would have been sufficient.
DON'T USE THIS BANK OR CLAY CLINE! At first, you get the used car salesman treatment. He is a "yes" man calling you "buddy" to lure you into the fake charm.....until it's a no...then you won't get a call or text back form him. " I guarantee this loan will go through no problem" " We will get this done, don't you worry buddy". We paid for the inspection 550.00, we did the appraisal 500.000, We had to invest 30,000.00 in paying off bills to qualify for the loan, we took his advice and did it.
