Terry came out to my place in Rural Valley to unlock the doors when a family member locked their keys in. Great service, not too expensive, very nice, and professional. I appreciate Terry and appreciate this shop being near by. Thanks!

My 1989 240 was in this shop for over 2 weeks for shocks and strut inserts, when I picked up my car the bottom of the driver side door was bent in and my glove box had a hinge broken off on one side, I also had 2 of my ratchets missing out of the back of my car. There were other repairs that I've asked several times to be fixed and were left untouched, I would never go back, wouldn't recommend to anyone, go somewhere that respects your property and takes their job seriously.

Today IsApril 9th 2023. Trip A contactedthis business at 4:30 this morning . They gave estimated time of arrival at 8:30.... just received another call back from Trip A that Goldstrohms Auto doesn't feel like coming til 1--2 thus afternoon. I told Tip A to contact another tow company that wants the business and $!! My car is sitting partly on the road along 422. Obviously this company has no regard for people's lives or vehicles waiting for them to come for 4 hour. Then waiting til time of arrival to call Trip A n tell them ... read more
