My daughter and I went dog mushing with Goldstream and we had an amazing experience. They were super kind and accommodating. My daughter was able to meet and help harness up the dogs and even got to feed them after our ride. It was a great experience and we would absolutely go again!
Super fun and unique experience! Andy, his partner and Carrie were all very nice and hospitable. The weather was kind of crappy but we made the best of it and I still had a great time! They even let me borrow some mushing clothes. The dogs were sweet, friendly and generally appeared will cared for. Some of them acted like they didn't get enough exercise and had shorter chains, but it looked like they had a run pen for them. There were also some friendly goats on the property! We visited on the 5th of March and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Both the owner Andy and our musher Kyle were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole day. The tour was great seeing multiple moose and going through scenic trails. Great meeting all the dogs beforehand + one ex race dog who now lives cozy in the cabin. You can tell the dogs are cared for by the clean facilities and the way the staff treat them. Would highly recommend.
This place is a concentration camp for dogs, and it is one of the worst things that I have ever seen in my life. Do NOT go here and do NOT support this abuse, or the cycle will continue. My daughter and I visited in Feb 2026 when the temperature was between -5 to -18F on the day that we were there. The dogs were freezing cold: the dogs were shivering, picking up alternating paws, tucked tails, and whining. These are all signs that they are too cold and need to be brought in for warmth.
