Beautiful 🤩 love the city. This building is according to some records Local Law 97 noncompliant (meaning they need to get rid of gas furnaces or whatever to electrify the building) BUT it’s also Intro 654 eligible which is special funding to shave up to 70 % of electrification costs off i think. So let’s get hoping they do something about it before those outrageous fines. Ask around. There’s people who can help.
I don't like writing this, but over a year ago they helped "fix" a leak, but it didn't work. They tried a couple more things which also did not work. We then had a leak detection company come to find the exact location of the leak. Now I can't get them to come back and do final fixes.
