Purchased a new watch from Abe and incredibly satisfied. He took his time showing us various watches, and he was very knowledgeable answering questions. After buying the watch, I decided I wanted a minor adjustment with the bracelet, and after mentioning it to Abe over the phone, he actually drove nearly an hour away to meet me at one of his other stores so I would not have to drive all the way to Marlborough - amazing service.
