I bring my car to be serviced here. Staff here is courteous, and communicates clearly and promptly. I've had no issues with any work performed here and loaner vehicles have been available when necessary. The waiting room is spacious and has coffee/tea/ water and a kids space.
Great idea texting the video of the car inspection to me - love seeing exactly what's wrong. The tires were in rough shape, so an estimate was texted to me for a replacement set. Then the technician, Julian, came over to discuss other options. Everyone who works here has been friendly and helpful.
Great service on schedule in a nice clean dealership and service center. Sami is a great service consultant who made sure all of my concerns were answered and the work was done on time.
Sandy and Samantha are the 2 best service advisors I've ever come across in any dealership anywhere, and I have lived in many different parts of the country. They're friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, true to their words. Excellent ambassadors for the dealership.
