Terrible service took a car there for a rear bearing job was going to be three hours to do with car in shop was stuck there after six hour still nothing done idot had written front instead of rear bearings I had to rent a car to get home was told it would be ready first thing in the morning. At that point figured I would call late morning just in case. Car was not touched by 11:30 with a lot of demanding I picked it back up at 2:30 never take a car here for repair

Traded current vehicle for lower mileage used vehicle, even swap. Vehicle they got was in mint condition and they're selling it for $4000 more than the trade-in value. Vehicle I got had a dead battery (they replaced) and a conceiled cosmetic issue with the front hood. They actually used mud or colored wax to cover up the hundreds of chip marks. Only recently dicsovered this as the wax/mud started to wash off. You can only assume that this would decrease the value of the car, otherwise why go through the effort to hide it? We... read more

We have leased cars with this dealer exclusively for several decades, and couldn't ask for anything more. The choice today in all-wheel-drive vehicles overall is a lot greater than it was when we first began with Goldstein, but they have been very good to us.
