Goldstar Trust Company had been the custodian of my Gold IRA for nearly 10 years. I wanted to transfer my Gold IRA to a qualified retirement plan. Goldstar Trust put me through a lot of hoops to get my money out. They were not helpful at all and very difficult to work with. It took me (no lie) - 68 emails and over 4 months - to get my transaction completed!! Make it easy for customers to work with you and help them through the process.
As soon as you give them your money, you just lost half of your money, then charge you big fees to store it! This is the place to go if you want to lose your money🥵
Year End Statement is Very Suspect when it comes to Various Years of Proof 1 oz. Gold Coins. No faith in them!!
We invested about $12,000 in the Praise Christian Center World Outreach Church in Houston that Goldstar had recommended in 2003. The church defaulted, and we have gotten some interest over the years, but not much. We have been told many things, some true some not true.
