We did a sunset cruise on the pontoon boat out of False Creek. We were asked to arrive at 6:00 Pm for a 6:30 PM cruise and our captain did not arrive until 6:25 PM. Additionally, there were significant safety concerns on our return to the marina. Namely, the lights at the stern of the boat were not working properly. The captain of a different large vessel had to yell at our captain to let her know and she did not seem concerned and tried to explain to us that the light wasn’t working because it had rained recently. My family and I rented this boat very last minute as our previous one cancelled on us one hour before boarding, and we had a great time! It was so clean and so spacious. Our captain made sure we had the best time ever. She was very accommodating. We danced the night away and enjoyed the views! I would highly recommend Goldstar Marina for boat rentals!!
Rented a boat from here and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth of a process it was. Will return.
Horrible service and dangerous boats totally not safe for young kids. I would never book with them again save your money and go else where. They totally scam you. The boat isn’t safe they take zero safety precautions. The owner is horrible at taking feedback and straight up lies to your face. Also, we paid $160 dollars for a charcuterie board which looked like garbage 😂 check out the pics below.
