No communication with me at all, just make excuses when I call to have problems explained to me about my bill. BEWARE if you are on an automatic payment plan. I have been with them for 4 years and never had problems until recently when I find an excessive amount taken out of my account. Excuses, excuses, excuses are made but I take the brunt of it.
Very PROFESSIONAL & EFFICIENT!! Also, caring & helpful staff that understands and has patience when you're not feeling well.
