This was an insurance claim through the hartford to install hardwood floors and refinish one room unfortunately workman was poor the finish is uneven and fine scratches are throughout the floor and the floor is wavy due to poor sanding zero communication with Roger he just left his guys and never came back to see the completed job would not let them in your house.The house was left filthy covered in dust

Horrible! Don’t use them Horrible job, Horrible customer service. Don’t respond to mistakes they did with the job and don’t return call. These guys take the money and you will never see them again.

N Gold star Floors come in n install Cali engineered flooring on my new addition in Sag Harbor NY Guys did amazing work. , polite worked fast n super clean and very fairly priced Would highly recommend them to anyone. Have used them in the past for regular oak flooring n same excellent result
