Used this service as a last minute resort. Was told the price was a fixed cost, and driver required credit card upfront (This should've been the first red flag). After reaching my destination, I asked about gratuity, the driver responded with "It will be handled". Not only did he up charge for the drive, he tipped himself (without my permission) 35%. RIP OFF AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don't even deserve a star. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY IN LIMOUSINES- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, unless you want to be ripped off for terrible service. Their manager is the rudest and most unprofessional human being I have ever had to deal with and I have no idea how he is still in business. Don't waste your time with this horrible company.
Normally I hate writing negative reviews like this, but in this case, I have to. If I could give 0/5 I would. If you are looking for a limo or bus for your special event, skip this company
The manager was a real grade A A-hole. Very unprofessional and unreasonable. Too pricey.
Ira was a very polite and he was the best all around, new owners NOT very good, will never use them again, you shouldn't either
