The receptionist was very rude. During the initial process of application, I told her that I did not have my child medical card and it was being ordered and it will come within a day or two. My appointment date was April 1. She proceeded to call me 4/19 A day after I did the application that I could come in early. She knew I did not insurance card. I was billed $150 off of my card and my child has insurance. she called me four times on the 21st three times on the 22nd and asked me did I have my card yet? I told her that the ... read more

My husband started attending sessions here with carol east. They stopped scheduling his appointments or responding to his emails. He was appreciative of the help he was getting here and it’s beyond unprofessional to drop patients with no notice. He was without a therapist for over a month while looking for a new one. For the type of therapy they say they do here - it’s dangerous to leave trauma patients high and dry with no notice, no reason, and no assistance.
