Called to get an estimate. Someone picked up. Polite for the most part. Gave them address to come out to give me an estimate. Time rolled around and no one showed up. Called them 20 minutes after. Same guy picked up. Told me they showed up and left after being told by my tenants supposedly that they did not know me. I was present right on the dot of the appointment time.
