Receptionist staff very pleasant, competent and helpful. Medical staff are fantastic, especially the practice nurse. She is just a whirlwind of nice and knowledge. The previous manager was the problem, and continues to give totally unnecessary and unwarranted grief to the staff. She needs to be run out of town.
