I just brought something that cost x amount and it had a silver star on it. I was in there the other day looking at the same thing and the lady told me that it was half price everything in there with a star is half price. Got a defective chain but got it replace right away with no questions.
This morning I was overlooked twice whilst waiting. Very poor customer service. Will not shop there again.
With exceptional service, knowledgeable staff and a quality range it’s hard to go past Goldsmith Jewellers in MidValley. I would like to thank Tracey and the team for going above and beyond in their service and flexibility. Whilst their range is extensive and contemporary, it was a breeze ordering a particular timepiece from one of their many reputable stockists. With a quick turnaround I had the timepiece I requested within days. I would highly recommend this jeweller and have no doubt I will return for future purchases.
