My 75 year old Mum was absolutely in love with a ring she saw in the Morwell store so my partner and I decided to put in on lay by for her for Christmas. As it was the only one there and my mum had “visited” the ring every day since she first saw it, I asked Therese (one of the ladies who works there) to tell her someone else had bought it when she next came in. I visited Goldsmith Mid Valley for my granddaughter’s 7th birthday and was warmly greeted by a staff member, Sarah.After a few questions She quickly recommended my granddaughters favourite character lilo and stitch pandora earring's , and I must say—my granddaughter was absolutely thrilled! Because of the positive and friendly service, I returned two weeks later and found a watch and ring on sale. Amazing staff! Sarah and Terese went over and above in helping me figure out the best course of action to repair my beloved necklace and locket, which my grandparents gave to me nearly 40 years ago! Goldsmith Morwell, thank you so, so much :)
