Very disappointed experience. They never responded my emails or called back. 3 weeks waiting. Not a good first impression. Not very helpful for HOAs. Just a waste of time.
I'm a shareholder in a senior co-op community. This firm knows little to nothing about co-ops, but projects HOA legalities on us. We are NOT an HOA for many reasons!
Shupe is truly as dumb and lazy as he looks. He hasn’t charged my HOA for any of his services - granted his services aren’t worth much because he’s a liar and appears to be unable to read or interpret contracts in any capacity.
G & S is an excellent law office, with highly experienced senior lawyers, professional and very kind junior lawyers, and an outstanding and most helpful staff. I hold this team in the highest regard. Note the change of address in spring '23.
I haven't received a call back and left a message twice over two week period.
