I have been going to him for between 35 and 40 years. He is my father the most caring and compassionate and best doctor I've ever had! You are not just a patient, another number, he becomes your friend and truly cares about your health!
The office is full of arrogance and he has a mind that your thoughts don't really matter. There was one nurse who was kind, everyone else treats patients as less than and that they are bothered by your appearance. My experience was asking questions or having concerns are not valid.
I have been a patient for approximately 14 years and have been very pleased with the care I have received. Very thorough and spends enough time really go over any questions. I love them!
I try to live a Christian life and I believe in giving people credit when credit is do to them .Dr Dugom has been my primary doctor for awhile now . He has Saved my life (long story) . I have alot of health issues. I have seen alot of doctors in my life. And I know of only one who came close to being as good as him. But he moved out of town. Dugom is a straight forward doctor but professional.
Dr. Dugom and his staff are excellent! The personal care provided to my parents is awesome! There are times we feel we’re his only patients! That’s how personable the care is. Dr. Dugom truly cares about his patients and has shown this by being proactive in reaching out to us when test results/blood pressure readings are not normal, accommodating impromptu visits, allowing family to ask questions for better understanding. Someone recommended him when we were looking for a new physician. So glad they did!
