The living conditions they get by with at West Haven and other places is HORRIBLE!
I called the office they did something to the phone lines or the system I don't know either way I try to talk to administrate office seven times and I can't even press a button to get anyone it won't let me dial it to talk to anyone but I can talk to everyone else and dial buttons for any other call to get someone successfully except for Hud
Lazy and incompetent they never answer the phone all they do is sit behind the desk and gossip all what are they actually even getting paid for ? What’s the point of even having an office phone if they never answer ive been calling for months and still never get a response
how are you guys supposed to help the low income people but never ever answer the damn phone . im saying never . i call almost everyday with thursday being the last day yall are opened for the week. its beyond frustrating. i go to physical address just for it to be locked? like are yall even still doing the applications ?
