good deal I don't have any children so not sure about diapers but I do see lots of parents dropping there children off. I moved here from ATL where I was a LifeFitness member. A huge facility and though I wasn't uberimpressed by Gold's at first I find they have what I need and want and are generally open to customer feedback and fix issues as they arrive as soon as they can.
The staff there are simply used car salesmen who didn't make the cut! I too wish I could give less than one star. Gold's Gym is NOT the place to be... Gold's Gym Lexington significantly lacks customer service and integrity, you should definitely avoid this gym. My experience has been a nightmare and I hope no one ever has to go through that. The gym doesn't even deserve one star...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Golds here or anywhere. There billing system is done by a separate company that tends to mess up billing more than not. The gym is falling apart every day whether it is the paint cracking off the ceiling or the machines that seem to work every other month. Finally, if you decide to end your contract, chances are you won't be able to get out. I even tried to pay the remaining balance to end my contract early and they won't do that. Descent The gym has a lot of potential. Its well put together and has many wonderful features. The only part that isnt that great, is the fact your tied into a contract nand theres really no turning back. Other than that its a great place to stay in shape!
Customer Service? RIGHT!! Golds "Gym"??? More like Golds "Fitness" Center. Apparently this location has decided to discourage the basic bodybuilder or any serious lifter from joining or remaining a member in an attempt to prevent this type of bad element in its establishment(quoted from an ex trainer). Great Gym I joined Gold's in J'Ville over a year ago. I really like it. I worked with one of the personal trainers and have lost around 30 pounds so far. It is always clean and has on-site childcare available. There are plenty of cardio machines and I never have to wait for an elliptical. I can usually do my weight training routines with little or no waiting as well.
ok place Went to golds gym on a free pass. Their membership dues are kind of high for me, expecially compared to other gyms in the city. But the place itself was clean and the trainers seem nice.
Great Gym This is a very cool and hip place. It has got trained and experienced health and fitness professionals to help us out. They know their job and answer and question that you ask. The equipment is world class and there is never a crowd to take on the machines. Surprisingly this is all affordable.
