Big Ol’ Eddie always comes in clutch everytime I see the guy he always makes me feel welcomed and always shows off the cool merch they got!! Love Gold’s Gym and their staff super friendly and accommodating.

Love this gym and the staff are honestly amazing — but as an iron deficiency anemia girlie, I have ONE suggestion: the front desk needs to start selling pickles immediately. 😭 Some of us stand up too fast after leg day and start buffering. The body craves electrolytes, sodium, and emotional support. Let me PR my squat and then aggressively crunch on a pickle in peace.
All my best buds go to Gold's. I hit it at least three days a week for weight training and a couple nights a week for racquetball. We have a new sauna that is spectacular. I enjoy the flexibility of training with various machines and lots of free weights. I am old, but I do not smell bad, which is a plus when you are not particularly handsome.
