Personal trainer couldn't be bothered to show up on time or at all for his own appointment. Initial staff said personal trainers were available all days of the week upon arrival for personal trainer appointment I was informed only 1 day a week are the personal trainers are available.

Had a membership at this gym for over 4 years. I never really went a whole lot and decided I was just going to buy my own weights and workout from home. I went in and asked if I could have some assistance in closing my account since i had heard online it was very difficult at a place like Golds. The lady I believe her name was Miranda canceled my membership, disconnected my payment option and told me I was good to go. 6 months later im getting a phone call from collections telling me that I owe Golds gym $40... absolute joke... read more
