Needs a STRICT no cell phone policy in the sauna. In the time I've been a member and used the sauna there have been so many loud inappropriate speakerphone conversations, men looking at nude photos of women in the sauna, people taking selfies of themselves with the flash on, listening to music at full volume (no headphones), scrolling Tiktok reels.
