I had an In Body scan last week with the trainer Derek and he was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable, respectful, explained everything so clear and in depth! Definitely helped me with knowing what I need to work on! whether you have been working out for a day or for years, I highly suggest having and In Body scan done
Amazing atmosphere, great equipment. Tanner Freeman was extremely helpful
I've been working with Derek for a couple months and he's been great with helping me with my goals in the gym. I've already been seeing some results in strength and size. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for personal training.
