Gym is closed without any proper communication. That’s crazy I hope we get a refund for monthly payment and for annual fee.
They closed the gym permanantly without notice is BS. The owner is horrible and incompetent
Yvette is a great manager
I went to the gym while visiting family. Therefore, I purchased a 48 hr pass. The employee stated that my day pass was good for 48 hours. However, the manager on 4/21/2020 stated I had to pay for another pass due to liability and it was only good for 24 hours. This gym has poor management and staff do not communicate efficiently. Instead of honoring what the employee told me, she wanted me to purchase another pass. For future reference, ask the employee to write a statement stating your pass is good for 48hrs.
