This is a GYM. You come here. Lift. And leave. I personally have never used the sauna in the back but you can. I wish there was more than one stall in the bathroom but i just go at home. Mike that works here is a genuine human being. You dont meet many like him. Thank you Mike for just being there and getting to know me the 2 years i have gone there. Honestly great gym, very good.
Mike the manager needs an attitude adjustment. He’s demeanor is very rude and not welcoming. another guy that manages he’s very sweet and helpful & care about the safety of the members durning after hours. The gym is hot no AC. Other than that I do like the gym!
The man that was there at the front desk was super nice but the gym itself needs some serious work if it wants to live up to the golds gym name. The lighting is AWFUL and the equipment is lacking. I ended up having to leave to get a workout elsewhere.
