Why music gotta be so loud Noone listen to it makes no sense at all turn it off are turn it down thats all the gym are at least play better music lol
They are nice and friendly , clean and not chaotic at this location . Just wish they had a ladies workout room

I dedicate this review primarily to Andrew Castaneda, a personal trainer at this Gold’s Gym branch. A year prior, having a high heart rate and engaging in any kind of physical exertion would probably have killed me. Andrew-a NASM certified coach and a USMC veteran-drew upon his inexhaustible knowledge and experience to push me to my limit every time to improve my cardiovascular health and overall strength.
