I came to check out this location and wanted to try the women’s room well the machines are old. Some were broken. The rest of the floor isn’t that great either! I’m thinking about going to EOS bc of the location and new machines. Golds the women’s room should be updated! We go to feel safe and have comfort but definitely wasn’t it!
Ive been a member here for a while and was just rejected entry by Aiden cortez who was at the front desk. He said there was no one else available to help me. I will be following up with management to make sure he is doesn’t do this to anyone else in the future. Horrible people skills aiden!
