This facility continues to decline, yet management has the audacity to raise fees. The locker rooms require substantial renovation. The carpet in the locker room carries a mildew odor. The tile grout in the showers and steam room remains consistently dirty. I keep returning solely because of its proximity to my home.
You will get a staph infection just by walking into those locker rooms. Needs a major remodel to keep up with better gyms in the area.
Ignore the bad reviews. I wish I would have. I could have been coming here a year ago. I live in the neighborhood and the bad reviews made me go to a gym further away. Anyways. I decided to give it a chance. It's a good gym. It's spacious, has a lot of different equipment, it's clean. Ignore the bad reviews, come try it out.
The gym is pretty nice but the men's bathroom smells like sewage everyday. Let the front desk know but nothing gets done. Its a shame they can't rip the carpet out to get the mildew and mold smell out. At minimum please add some air fresheners it literally smells like sh*t for months
worst place ever i tried calling to get information to become a member it was the worst experience from desk lady today was rude i asked her about pool info, she said they’re a gym, not a pool so she doesn’t know any info she has bad customer service, no way you’ll get any new clients with that person on that phone i was trying to become a client but wasn’t able because she’s no use in giving info
