Professional staff! Matt did a fantastic job describing the gym and associated membership plans. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Great facility, terrible parking, and so-so staff. Had a few billing questions and spoke to Monica and the tone was dismissive and condescending. Front desk staff should be upheld to higher standards.
