It’s golds gym so you know it’s great
Eighteen months ago I wanted to cancel my membership. You can't do it on-line, so I went to this location and asked what I needed to do to cancel it. They told me to use the terminal at the desk, which I did. I canceled the membership and on my way out I asked "is that it"? and they replied "You're all set". The cancelation must have gone through because for the next two months I was bombarded with spam e-mails, spam texts, and spam phone calls asking me to renew my membership. Pretty clean and vibrant gym! I love the pool, hot tub and sauna! The cinema fitness area is also very motivating and unique. I want to give a very special thank you to James Gutierrez for welcoming me and signing me up on my very first day experiencing the gym! Thank you!
I've been a member since this location opened. They have a great staff. They make tremendous effort to keep equipment and facilities in tip-top shape. The trainers are all well qualified and do a fantastic job with the people they work with. Every single employee is willing to help if you ask. I've been going there almost daily for 11 years and have no plans to stop.
