They do not inform their personal trainers on cancellation procedures or policies. I told my trainer I wanted to cancel last Thursday and it wasn’t canceled. I went in today- Monday and they will not honor informing my trainer of my cancellation. I will be charged for another month or training according to the gym. I was informed I needed to give a 7 day notice but was not told I had to cancel 7 days prior to the EFT.

Met Eric, the general manager, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and welcoming. I love this gym, I've never had a problem. It's a nice friendly atmosphere and clean. I always enjoy my time here!! I also wanted to add, I loved working with Trainer Job. He is easy going and will know how to train you for the best outcome according to your goals. Definitely recommend 👌

I have always loved my local Gold’s Gyms, and Legacy Trails is right up there with the best. This year, I have personal trainers Chris and Mav to thank for helping me change up my game *completely*. I’m making progress in building muscle mass, learning correct form and understanding how to be effective in strength training. I’m at a pivotal point in how I think about exercise and nutrition (no extra charge for all that wisdom!), and I have those two to thank for this shift in thinking and working.
