They said they were gonna waive my husband‘s late fee because of a little inconvenience. It turns out it wasn’t waved, and when he called, I overheard the manager lady being so rude to him very unprofessional. You should honor what you say you’re going to do.

Spoke with a Manager last week about the system, not taking the money out of my card I called and they said they don’t know why it didn’t get taken out, but that they will waive the late fee because of the inconvenience. I called today and spoke to a manager named “Solis” Because I saw that the late fee wasn’t waived like I was promised, and she refused to waive the fee, even though I was promised that it would be waived. It's insane that you allow that spin instructor to open the door and yell on the Mic. If I guy was yelling doing deadlifts you'd tell him to calm it down. I can hear her even with noise cancelling headphones on. Poor behavior at its finest

I arrived at the gym this morning to I find the entrance being guarded by two vicious dogs. I was informed by the staff that management allows a homeless person to exercise there and leave his unleashed dogs in front of the building.
