You can’t keep stealing from people. Went to Gold’s Gym on Culebra while I was stationed in San Antonio. Before I left I was told I needed to come in and sign a cancellation form with the manager so I got a lift in and signed that I was cancelling. The following month I was charged for a new month. I informed them I had signed a form; they apologized and said they would take care of it. Another month passed, same thing. Called, said they didn’t have the form but would take care of it. They replaced both of the leg extension machines…what an L. The new ones are medieval contraptions. They’re not user friendly, the back adjustment shouldn’t be impossible to fix. It’s annoying and embarrassing.
Huge gym! Lots of good old school type machines and new ones. Helpful staff!
