Always a good place to work out.
the gym equipment is awesome beside their water pressure 90 percent of staff is rude and unprofessional they dont enforce the clanging from lifters and have a bad habit of not keeping paper towels filled to clean equipment alot of customers dont work out but sit at equipment on their phone
Not too bad but it’s real humid in there.
Gold’s needs a VIP, separate locker room with personal lockers. If you want to get really fancy a separate jacuzzi. Maybe what, Extra 20/month? Gets a little crowded but haven’t had to wait too long. Most people are courteous to each other. They could stay open a little later. Update: week 7 and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments from friends and coworkers. Pretty happy with results so far. Back, shoulders, arms chest and legs are all coming along well. I still have a belly :(. At least my chest has caught up to it. Maybe less... read more
