I love this gym I have been going there for over 7 years! It’s always clean and the women’s restroom has been so clean since Mrs. Annette came back!! However, the past few weeks I’ve seen spiders and bugs crawling all over the place and I reported it but it seems like nothing was done because I continued seeing bugs, spiders and Yesterday I was in the shower and I saw a huge centipede right by my foot! (photo below) I will not be going back until something is done! Please be careful especially in the showers!
I love this Gym. It’s not just that the gym is clean but that employees are great. They take care of the place. I see them working hard all the time. I have been at this gym since it opened and I love it. Management is great. I feel at home in this gym. Thank you guys for making this happen.
Staff is friendly, however the gym is very small esp the free weight area. There is not a women’s area, which is unfortunate and it lacking any of the newer glute machines, also unfortunate. Surprising to see any gym these days without at least a glute drive. Opening at 7am on the weekends is not great for those who are early risers. Location is a plus and overall, if you’re looking for a home gym in the area it’s ok.
Gold’s Gym on Bulverde Road is hands down one of the best gyms in San Antonio! The equipment is outstanding—everything is modern, well-maintained, and there’s a huge variety for every type of workout, whether you’re into powerlifting, bodybuilding, or cardio.
