This place has incorrect times posted. They say that they are open until midnight on weekdays, but actually, they punish you for being there after 11 pm. The steam stops in the stream room. The massage chairs can't be turned on. They should really charge half the price too then, if you come late in the night. While other EOS Fitnesses are open 24 hours, this place is not, and they even provide limited service in the last hour - something which is never written anywhere on their website.

First time at the rancho cucamunga location and I had a great time! The machines were clean and the facility was clean. Andrea C. was amazing, and professional!! And helped me get familiar with the layout! Please recognize her for her efforts.

The advertisement caught my interest and prompted me to look into it. However, I discovered that there is no swimming pool. I am very disappointed.

“I stopped by because I wanted to take a quick look inside before deciding to sign up. However, the staff were very unprofessional. They made me wait for almost 40 minutes and asked me to download an application. Eventually, another staff member called me in office area and offered the same deal that was available online, while trying to pressure me into signing up immediately before allowing me to see the facilities. I felt very uncomfortable, decided not to join, and didn’t even get to tour the place.”
