They just plain LIE! Place is run by high school kids and if you want help with anything they say thats personal training and will charge you 60.00 an hour. the NO CONTRACT seems to be a CONTRACT signed by you for them to take money from your bank acct. every month. I tried to quit 3 months ago and just got billed again for monthly fee and a yearly fee! I should have read all the reviews about golds before I joined, especially the ones that said "EASY TO JOIN, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AWAY FROM FAST ENOUGH!
