Good equipment and staff, I enjoy training at Gold's Pocatello, the people there are awesome. The employee's are awesome like Amanda, Kodiak, Jarrett, Big Ron, Shelbie, and others as well. I was offered a free membership at another place, but it's something about the atmosphere at Gold's Gym that makes me want to stay. Plus Ari makes me laugh.
Front Desk staff were great! Always very helpful when making my protein shakes! The equipment is great and always updated every year or two. The steam room, hot tub, pool, and dry sauna are very helpful for my sinuses and colds. I love the steam room especially for clearing my head. I have been a member since 2009 and appreciate everything they do to update and improve the gym atmosphere. I also love the Fresh Prep meals which I purchase for lunches and dinners. Really like the new wood way treadmills! You definitely should replace some elliptical as with more of those and stair climbers
