Signed up for the plan you can cancel in case my knee injury from the military got worse, it did, and they told me it was canceled June 2025. Got charged $60 and it's August, now they're saying I chose the year plan and can't get out of my membership unless I email my medical records to the GM and at that point it's up to them? This much trouble for a subpar gym is not worth your time.
This gym is a total dump. Do NOT go here. The machines are all old and in constant states of disrepair. Pins in the weight stacks are missing and many pins in seat adjustments are completely broken off for months after being reported to the staff. This causes a danger to people using the broken machines. The staff doesn't empty the trash or refill the spray bottles and the gym is dirty. There is never a dirty place to clean the machines, people enter without authorization and steal the belongings of the associates.
Extremely terrible service. They tell you extreme lies on the first day of the membership on the front desk to get you on board and they charge you $100 (65 annual and 35 for the month) on the third month without telling you what you are signing up for. Extremely unfaithful, terrible managers. If you have any other options do not sign up for this scam gym. Other gyms tell you upfront about their charges.
