Love the kids club staff! Gym is always clean and women’s sauna is always open, could use some upgrades on the equipment but other than that I love access to all the locations!
Lighting is crap, music blows. Dirty. Good equipment.
‼️NEW UPDATE HERE‼️ So today I spoke to Kristie the manager. This women decided to tell me that there was no notes on anyone ever speaking to me after literally telling me she was looking over my notes (🚨sounds like a liar to me🚨) I ended up being billed $274 after trying to cancel about 4 months ago. 4 months ago I spoke to a young man about canceling my membership apparently they have no record of that ever happening.
