Terrible customer service, and more importantly, you can't leave. After attempting to cancel online (apparently not possible) I called on the phone to ask about canceling my membership and was greeted immediately with a drawn-out audible sigh by a staff member making no effort to hide his frustration. Been here on a day pass a few times, and it’s pretty solid, can get crowded so be wary of peak times.
Cool environment. Staff was amazing. Very helpful!
