Gym sauna has been broken for months. There’s no sense of urgency or knowledge when it will be repair. This is literally a robbery. Members should be able to have access to all amenities.

They make you sign a 2-year contract at this gym. At first, this might not be a bad thing. However, the amenities are lacking. I got my membership in Dec 2024 and the sauna has never worked, the treadmills frequently break or appear to exhibit software issues, and the single water fountain in the building operates at low pressure and is visibly missing parts and requires a filter replacement. The gym has plenty of space and a good variety of weights, but it’s been neglected. Some equipment has been under maintenance for over four months, like the crossover machine, which is one of the most in-demand. A few machines have broken parts, making it difficult to adjust them for proper use. The gym itself is good, but it’s one of the least well-maintained. If you’re thinking about signing up for an annual plan, make sure to visit first and check the equipment and adjustment parts before deciding to pay.
