Great costumer service
First experience was great! Atmosphere was great and equipment was perfect. Everything was clean and neat which is always a sign of a great staff. I want to highlight the gentleman at the front desk (excuse my memory but I’m forgetting his name, he was there at 4:30am on 6/11/2026) he was very helpful and kind! Overall great gym!
The gym guest Wi-Fi has never been able to connect. I even checked with the front desk, and their phones couldn’t connect to the guest Wi-Fi either. This appears to be a facility-wide issue. Please have someone fix it as soon as possible.
I’ve been an active member of Gold’s Gym for the past year and a half and through that time frame, I’ve noticed a progressive decline in urgency to maintenance equipment. For example, I can’t count how many months the (only) leg extension machine here has been out of order. Just recently, I noticed the cables have also been out of order, along with the seated calf raise machine.
