I strongly advise potential members to reconsider joining this gym. My experience with their customer service and membership policies has been deeply disappointing. I began my monthly membership on the 18th of the month. After a few months, I needed to relocate and went in to cancel my membership on August 13th. I was informed that the gym requires 30 days’ notice for cancellation, which I understood would mean being charged for the period of August 17th through September 17th. Clean gym-always see management wiping down anything and everything. All members have good etiquette of also wiping down after use. Love the space between equipment and layout of gym. Community is awesome! Very supportive. It’s a really good vibe!
Great gym - great equipment- Extremely choppy WiFi for the higher than planet fitness fees. San Jose Hamilton one has better WiFi.
