I'm so MAD!!!! ...at myself, for sleeping on this absolute gem of a gym/fitness arena. I completely underestimated this gym and regret not simply getting a pass and experiencing it for myself years ago. First, the staff is top-tier! The culture they have curated is something special. The genuine smiles and eagerness to see you win....at health and fitness, and in life!) Second, CLEAN!!! I'm typically disgusted and difficult to please in this area. Been to 4 other Golds Gym locations in my life.. and the Lorton location by far has the best set-up in the area.. machines organize perfectly.. others felt cluttered... Staff very friendly, cleaning crew very friendly as well.. great gym..
Overall, the gym has good equipment and a great workout environment. However, the wireless internet service needs improvement. I have mentioned the issue to management 3–4 times, but unfortunately it still has not been resolved. Reliable Wi-Fi is important for many members, especially for music, workouts, and staying connected during training. I hope management addresses this soon.
So many things stand out to me about this gym! The people who keep it beautiful, keep it immaculate! I sometimes don't want to wash my hands because it's so sparkly! The people who greet you at the front desk are always so inviting and always have a positive comment to share as you enter.
