A little disappointed when upgrading my membership today. I came in to upgrade my memebership to be able to utilize the other local facilities. As well as sign my wife up for her own memebership. The front desk staff misunderstood and signing up for a gold membership with accessible guest passes the most expensive membership. Unfortunately, I’ve had the same cancellation issues others have mentioned. Despite multiple attempts since January, I was given contradictory information at every step. Staff told me in person and online that the only way to cancel was through their new app. When the app didn’t give me the option, I was then directed to a third‑party support email that refused to assist due to "lack of written record" and scheduled me for cancellation 30 days out to ensure I would be charged an additional month. Today the Kirkland location just replaced my 3 favorite machines with exact replicas of the machines in Woodinville. I live in Bothell but made special trips to this location because they had machines with proper support such as high row and low row machines with chest support. In my opinion machines with less support are inferior. Otherwise would just do free weights or cable machines. Bummer
Great gym. Pleasant employees. They allow you to try the gym out before joining which is great. Easy sign up. Lots of machines and free weights.
