We added a 20' x 20' professional size boxing ring, a 16' MMA octagon cage, professional instructors, heavy bags & specialty bags and a cardio kickboxing class. We offer kids boxing & kickboxing classes 7 days per week for after school activities. Infrared saunas are in both locker rooms. A stand-up tanning booth is included in our membership.
