Staff are friendly and helpful, and the group classes are great if you want some extra motivation. The locker rooms are clean too. Overall, a solid gym that makes working out easy and enjoyable.👍🏻
Changing my review: I can see new equipment, a great atmosphere in the gym, and noticeable improvements overall. The place feels more organized and enjoyable to work out in.
This gym is clean, the machines are well maintained and the staff is friendly. I have been a member of GG for over 20 years and I think this is one of the best locations from all the ones I have exercised. I have also tried the Zumba class with Delores and had a lot of fun. The sauna always work, the kids club is clean. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a new gym to join.
Probably going to cancel my membership soon. Voiced a very serious concern about sanitary practices and a lady who walks around barefoot to management and was told they will not do anything about it. Do better than golds and go anywhere else.
