I love this place. Pretty much has everything covered under 1 roof. I also appreciate being able to bring my kids in with me to train. It's inspiring to see other parents here doing the same. People seem to be respectful here. You can do weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit and the classic gym bro stuff on the machines. The only thing missing is a sled with rope pull attachment to do hyrox stuff. They have the wheeled power sled version though. Friendly staff and good size gym. Equipment is outdated though. They started putting some new stuff in which is nice, but lots of newer equipment in the space would make it better. The amount of machines for cables is great! Good environment and polite people at gym
