I loost my card and my account froze, came back to make payment and was charged $20 late fees. I sent the manager (Ryan) an email asking him if he can remove the late fees. 3 days later no response, I came to workout and asked to see the manager, I was told he's on a break, one and half hour later I finished my workout and asked if I can see him for 5 min, he's still on a "break". Worst communication with customer service. Front desk is useless

I used to be depressed, but when I started coming here, it started making me happier and started making me have a healthier life style. Also ever since this place had a new manager a bunch of changes happened, such as them setting up stuff to help with exercises, people greeting you when you get in the gym, and much more positive stuff. Most of the exercises, machines, etc are beginner friendly. I hope more people come here to work out, exercise, and have a healthier life style, highly recommend <3

LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym!!! All the staff are great and the new management is amazing. I love how Ron is cleaning up the place abd how organized he is. He has made so many positive changes that benefits the members. I cant wait to workout with my boys and look forward to growing with this gym.
