Great types of equipment except equipment malfunctions happen (leg machines). There are not many leg machines so sometimes you are waiting “in line” as people don’t often like to switch when resting. There’s tons of upper body machines and this gym is more advanced fitness than others. This gym seems to have more males that workout than females at this gym so ladies be aware (I personally haven’t had any issues). On a positive note, spin, trip and fitness classes are BOMB!!
EOS Cerritos front desk, Please keep the music volume low in the gym, I have hearing related issues and loud noise affects my hearing. Also please make the VIP guest gym access process simple, it is very inconvenient to fill the VIP form every single time. Thanks for your understanding.
Loved the environment especially the customer service. Ciani always welcomes me with such a positive attitude, truly makes my gym sessions every time!
