I would like to give a shout out to Jodi for her inspiring spin classes at both Douglasdale and Buffalo Run Gold's Gym locations. I say inspiring because Jodi is always reminding us that the class is for us and the day is ours to have. I would like to give Kristi a shout out for the awesome early morning Spin classes here and the later classes at Buffalo Run's Gold's Gym!! The music is on point and Kristi's energy is unfailing! Kristi pushes you to push harder and makes you want to beat your personal best every class! I just want to express myself about what happened recently, last month we had our membership registration at Gold Gym Douglasdale. During our fitness assessment “she” discussed a lot about fitness and health in general and “she” offered training to us, it's very clear to her that during our conversation we said we only wanted to familiarize some equipment, we don't need training because we're so busy with our jobs.
