Repeated fee increases. Annual fees added to reopen the same thing that was available before too. Over crowded most days. Night staff doesn’t do anything. Nickel and dime for every thing. Equipment breaks and stays broken for weeks. And worst of all, locker rooms and bathrooms are FILTHY.
I'm new at this Golds on Battleground. I've had the best gym/staff experience here than I ever have! I'm starting all over and they offered a free overall assessment from a Physical Therapist, who gave me detailed info. on how to get started properly and without injury! Then I met Journie, my new Trainer! Talk about above and beyond! She is outstanding with the training, inspiration and keeping things interesting.
