This place is a disgrace. Front Desk Manager is a sorry excuse. I went INSIDE to update my exp date on my card, she didn’t put it in correctly, then declined my card the next day and said I was never there when I called to get the $25 fee removed. Here’s the proof I was there since my husband standing right beside me at the desk was not enough to make her “remember”. I love this place.. Sadly i have to leave because management is literally letting it die slowly. All Dumbells have been damaged for over 2 years. Machines keep breaking and they are not fixing anything. Instead they increasing the membership. I’ll go to a place where the money i pay for my membership worth my workout time.
Great staff. Trainers extremely helpful. Clean facility. Lots of parking.
