I’ve been a member of Gold’s Gym in Richland, Washington for about four years, and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a complaint. While working out alone in one of the larger rooms, a male trainer entered and, without asking or notifying me, began recording me on his phone. He appeared to be trying to hide that he was filming. Men " are allowed in Golds Gym Women's dressing room. Hollywood located on Cole St really unsafe and lack for Ladies privacy safety concerns. management declined to do anything about transexuals and Ladies Room. and the Ladies showers & dressing rooms

Bill Gilbert I competed in The Battle on The River Bodybuilding Show on June 14th, 2025. Stopped in to workout at Golds Gym. The staff was friendly and the gym and equipment were clean. Golds Gym help contribute to my success in my 1st bodybuilding show. I entered and placed 1st in 2 of the 3 Divisions I competed in and 3rd in another.

Beware! There is a very mean-spirited tall white male who goes here. Apparently he is a regular who wears a blue hat. He degraded and bullied our innocent teen for no reason at all, and management refuses to do ANYTHING about it!!! Our sweet boy doesn’t feel safe going here any more due to the trauma he has experienced.
My son had a training session with personal trainer named Andrew S. there last month. He called me as he was leaving the gym and was very upset. He said he had never had such a terrible training session before. He said Andrew S. was rude, condescending, and used humiliation as a tactic to make him do more reps. He pinched at my son’s sides side and told him “yea you’re pretty chubby”. My son is 5’ 11” and 176 pounds. Good gym facility with a great price. However if you are a parent trying to utilize the gym daycare you might want to consider a different gym. Little kids require eyes on attention at all times ,which the kid club workers fail in here fail to provide. They are unable to resolve conflict in between children that is very normal with toddlers that are still learning their social skills.
